Simon Latham joined leading litigators and funders at the Cambridge Forums Inc. on European Collective Redress this week. The Forum is an invitation-only event, bringing together those at the cutting edge of mass damage cases, involving competition, consumer and shareholder claims.
Simon Latham writes “It’s been a pleasure to spend the past couple of days exchanging ideas, and tackling the practical issues of both funding and litigating group/collective claims across Europe, especially in the context of competition claims. Thanks to Cambridge Forums Inc., Jeroen Kortmann, Genevieve Quierin and all those who took part.”
