Michael is the Head of Corporate Development based in Augusta’s London office. He oversees and implements all corporate development projects to align with the firm’s strategy including capital raising, fund, investment and insurance product structuring, strategic partnerships and M&A.

Prior to joining Augusta, Michael held several technical engineering and project roles while working for BHP in the Australian resources sector, where he was responsible for identification and implementation of major strategic capital infrastructure projects. He was also a consultant to Bombardier in the UK rail industry responsible for implementation of continuous improvement engineering projects.

Michael holds a BEng (Hons) from Flinders University and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
