Natasha is an Investment Manager in the Originations Team. She is responsible for identifying claims and developing structured funding solutions for all types of disputes, including litigation, arbitration and adjudication. Natasha manages a varied caseload and is recognised for being pro-active and flexible in her approach to funding claims.

Prior to joining Augusta, the UK’s largest Litigation Funder by case volume, Natasha was in the Litigation team at Watson Farley & Williams specialising in commercial dispute resolution, with extensive experience in High Court litigation as well as international arbitration. She has acted for a wide range of clients – multinationals, SMEs and private clients, particularly in the energy, real estate and construction sectors. She also has significant experience in enforcement and interim remedies, and of working on cases with cross-border elements. Earlier in her career Natasha spent four months in WFW’s Bangkok office, and prior to that worked as a disputes paralegal at Peters & Peters in the Civil Fraud and Asset Tracing team.

Natasha holds a BA in History of Art from Cambridge University. Having completed her legal training and qualifications at College of Law Moorgate, she was admitted as a solicitor in 2014. She is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association and the Society of Construction Law.
