Polly Bahl is the Chief Operating Officer based in Augusta’s London office. She oversees the operational aspects of the business and works closely with the senior management to develop and implement firm-wide strategy and business change.

Prior to joining Augusta, Polly was the London Director of Professional and Administrative Resources at US law firm Proskauer Rose, where she coordinated a range of operational functions. She is a solicitor by training; Polly was a partner at SJ Berwin (now King and Wood Mallesons) specialising in private investment funds, a role which latterly incorporated various operational responsibilities.

Polly holds an LLB from Durham University.
