Jan is an Investment Manager in the Structured Products team at Augusta’s London office. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing of European investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Augusta, Jan spent 7 years at Hoist Finance, a Swedish investment fund. He closed 40+ transactions of principally non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios with nominal value of €2.2bn. In addition, he developed financial models to evaluate and execute pan-European investments within the distressed credit business, and asset backed strategies. He began his career as trader at Mako, a UK-based options market maker.
Jan holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. He is fluent in English, Polish and Vietnamese
